Creating art is like breathing.

I work with clay, wire, found objects, paper, paint and canvas. I create abstract forms that explore negative space, manipulating light and shadow to invite shifting perspectives. Inspiration comes from the natural world: light rippling across water, the sea etching patterns into mudflats and sand, and the silhouettes of leaves and branches against the sky. Each piece responds to these fleeting moments of rhythm, pattern, and balance.

I am privileged to create on Gubbi Gubbi land, and my work honours both its beauty and the deep histories it holds. Art, for me, is a conversation between material, space, and viewer—a chance to pause, reflect, and feel connected to the environment around us.
